The true substance and specifics of this field of personal potential development is the one and only goal - to let yourself to be truly you and at the same time to live in balance and in harmony with all, that surrounds us. Coach is not equal to a psychologist. Coach is a partner and a guide in the change. Coaching is short-term or long-term partnership (client - coach), which is base on a trust and its objective is to make the incoming change fast, positive and in harmony with your natural settings. The coach's work is to actively listen to you and to ask you so called “strong questions”. During several challenging interviews in the length of 60 minutes, repeating after 1-2 weeks, it comes to a removal of inner barriers of the coached person, so that he can use his inner potential in a most effective way and to become more satisfied and successful.

LIFE BALANCE COACHING (LBC)

The objective is the high-quality life consistent with the natural settings of the individual. By realizing one's own value and literally meeting a person with himself (herself) offers a great opportunity to future and simultaneously answers to many unanswered questions in advance. The approach and the methods are appropriate to everyone, who feels a need of change in any part, has a need to develop himself (herself) or searches for a direction in which to go now.


Work Life Balance (WLB)

The goal is to set the balance between the private and work life. If the companies and corporations do not pay enough attention to the topic of Work Life Balance, it can lead to an increase of stress and overall dissatisfaction of employees and management as well. This fact is followed by a decline of efficiency and performance. The work-life balance is considered to be often more effective than most of the classic benefits. The comprehensive programme, that manages effectively this issue, contains executive coaching one-to-one and a set of several follow up professional workshops.


EXECUTIVE COACHING (EC)

The aim of coaching sessions one-to-one is to strengthen the managerial potential into system management. By successful self-management, release of hidden potential and settings of Work Life Balance, the positive results and efficiency come very quickly. It is convenient for middle and top management.
